Delays

NovaDuo is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (e.g., USPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses

Incorrect Address

If you enter the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received:
