At NovaDuo, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used whitening products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
